1. Who we are
4-WAY ADVENTURE & CLEAR KAYAK operates guided UTV adventures, jet ski rides and clear kayak tours in Port-Salut, Haiti. By booking through this website you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and deposits
Reservations are made with a $10 deposit per excursion (for example, 3 excursions = $30). The remaining balance is paid at check-in, unless you choose to pay in full. A reservation is confirmed when you receive your reservation number; it shows as paid only once we have confirmed your payment.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your experience starts (Haiti local time). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are not refundable. Refunds of confirmed payments are returned through the same payment method where possible.
4. Bad weather
Your safety comes first. If we cannot run your experience because of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule you at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund amounts you have paid for the affected experience.
5. Safety and participation
Our activities are outdoor adventure experiences and carry inherent risks. You must follow the guide's instructions at all times, wear the provided safety equipment, and be fit enough for the activity you book. We may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior endangers others, without a refund. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult where required by the activity.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to run safe experiences, but we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made while it is displayed.
