When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size and the details of the experiences you choose. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
2. How we use it
We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, arrange payment, contact you about your experience (including schedule or weather changes), and keep our records. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Payments
We never see or store your card or mobile-money PIN. When online payment becomes available, payments are handled by the payment provider over their secure connection; we only receive a confirmation and a transaction reference.
4. Who we share it with
Only the people and services needed to run your booking: our team, the payment provider you choose, and our website hosting and database provider. We do not share your information with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking records as long as needed for our accounts and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, subject to those obligations.
